is it me or the counter attack actually has a black screen before starting? not like the previous SRWs where the animation scenes is continuous till attacker and the counter finishes their animation but here I can see a black screen before countering which is kinda like a new battle started.

Really like the UI, not a fan at all of the fade to black between attacks. Makes it feel cheap.

It looks really good, looking forward to it. Just one thing though, I just wonder about two features that were present in previous games, now being limited to only the OG games.

First, during an attack, the defending unit’s HP would gradually decrease and the number color would change from white to yellow and eventually to red. In recent games, the HP would only change after the attack finished, but you can still see the number roll to show the decrease. Here it looks like the HP number just changed to the new value.

Second, the pilot death animation. When a unit is destroyed, the pilot’s portrait will flash for a bit before changing to static/white noise .

Lastly, I just want them to bring back the Final Dynamic Special. It is one of my favorite combination attack, and I hasn’t been in the games

Is this the stage that mazinkaizer can be get or not because every time i see ashura attacking koji and his mazinger i know you can get mazinkaiser in this stage i know this is still a demo but come on i cant wait any longer to get mazinkaizer
