主は仕事の休みが週二日あるので
前の日や休みの時に
長く配信やったりします
休みの前日は夜やらかしてます
休みの日は昼か夕方にやらかしてます
通常は夕方から19~20時ぐらいまで
多分やってます
疲れてるときはやりません
ほぼ毎日やってます…
