メディアで大谷選手の移籍話が絶えない、大谷選手の動向が心配でしょう、大谷ファンには。でも今後彼が、アナハイムにて球団に所属してる期間ない(PSに出られないので、ワールドシリーズが終了するまで、エンゼルスの所属です。)の動向で、推測できると思います。
　最後の遠征には手術するため、選手とともに帯同しませんでした。ただそれ以前は、遠征に帯同して、ベンチ入りもしてるようです。アクティブロースター枠に入っていたんで、問題ないでしょう。又ＩＬ(１０日間？)しても、試合には出れませんがベンチ入りしれ、他の選手にアドバイスすることも可能です。仮に復帰に時間のかかる６０日のＩＬとなれば、４０人枠もはずれることになり、実質戦力外の扱いになります。つまり球団の判断は、ケガを重症と考えてなく、来季も復帰してほしいという意味のＩＬ入りになります。
　もしＦＡで出ていく決断している選手で、球団も移籍するのを覚悟してれば、ロッカー自体無くなってしまうはずです。

I did not accompany the players on their final trip due to surgery. However, before that, it seems that he accompanied him on expeditions and even sat on the bench. He was on the active roster, so there should be no problem. Also, even if you are on the IL (10 days?), you cannot participate in games, but you can sit on the bench and give advice to other players.

If he were to be on the IL for 60 days, which would take time for him to return, he would be out of the 40-man quota and would be treated as outside the effective force.
